NASN  nickel-metal hydride battery (NiMH or Ni-MH) is a type of rechargeable battery.Nickel-metal hydride (Ni-MH) batteries that use hydrogen storage alloys as the negative electrode material have drawn increased attention owing to their higher energy density both in terms of weight and volume, improved high-rate capability, and high tolerance to overdischarge.

NiMH batteries are used in over 95% of all HEVs,emerging EVs, and fuel cell EVsIt's a type of electrical battery which can be charged, discharged into electric car Toyote Corolla Fielder, and recharged many times, as opposed to a disposable or primary battery, which is supplied fully charged and discarded after use.

The major advantage of Nickel Metal Hybrid Battery is the safety of NiMH batteries compared to Li-ion batteries, and, so far, no incidents have been reported in the press. Furthermore, NiMH batteries are preferred in industrial and consumer applications due to their design flexibility (e.g. ranging from 30 mAh to 250 Ah), environmental acceptability, low maintenance, high power and energy densities, cost and most importantly safety (in charge and discharge modes, especially at high voltages).

In addition to the essential performance targets (energy, power, cycle life, and operating temperatures), flexible vehicle packaging, easy application to series and series/parallel strings, safety, maintenance-free operation, fast and less expensive charging, and environmentally acceptable and recyclable materials have established the eminence of Ni-MH batteries.

product specification. use the specified charger in the specified temperature range. Do not

13,When the battery is out of use, please make sure the switch is off, otherwise, it may cause
leakage. When the battery is not used for a long time, make sure the battery is open circuit that
the positive and negative poles are completely disconnected from other devices. When the
battery with the charging device is in storage, ensure that the static current of the charging
device is very small (recommended less than 5μA), prevent the loop of the battery and the
charging device. The battery be over discharged for a long time shall result in liquid leakage,
disable to charge, and it is difficult to restore the performance.
 
14,Battery mixing is strictly prohibited neither with different charged states for the similar
batteries nor for a dry cell, other battery of different sizes, or brands.
 
15,When two or more similar batteries are used together, the state must be the same.
 
16,Stop using the new battery immediately if it is found to be alkaline, fever or other
abnormalities occur. Please wipe it with a soft dry cloth if there is dirt in the battery.Prevent
battery from contact with equipment, leakage or useless..
 
17,Batteries must be stored or used in a specified, dry, heat dissipating environment.( According
to the specification, the long-term storage temperature of the battery is -20ºC~35ºC). Storage or
use of batteries should be placed in an special area. No other articles around, especially
flammable or explosive articles..
 
18,Infants or children are prohibited from removing batteries from chargers or devices during
charging or using.
 
19,When the battery is out of use for a long time, It needs to be activated every six months;The
activation method needs to be communicated to the manufacturer.
 
Note: In violation of the above regulations, It may cause the battery leakage, heat, explosion, fire,
battery performance decline or shortened life.
